In order to earn tickets you must have a Windows Live ID
account and a Club Bing “Nickname”. Follow these simple steps to get started:
- Click on Sign In or Join Now.
- If you do not have a Windows Live ID Account, follow the steps accordingly to sign up for a
Windows Live ID Account. Otherwise, enter your Windows Live ID account address and Password
and click the Sign In button.
- Create a "Nickname" for your Club Bing account. Your "Nickname" is like a
screen nickname/alias and will be displayed whenever you are signed into
Club Bing and may be posted on the site.
- Choose an "Avatar". Your "Avatar" is a picture icon that will also be displayed
when you are signed into Club Bing.
- Read
Club Bing Terms and Conditions
and select "I Accept" if you agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click the Submit button to complete your account set-up.
A Windows Live ID is free and allows you to sign in on any site that displays Microsoft
Passport Network or Windows Live ID. You can use an existing Hotmail account as
your Windows Live ID. For more information and to create an account, go to:
http://get.live.com/getlive/overview
If you already have a Windows Live ID but have forgotten your password, go to the
Windows Live ID sign in screen at:
http://login.live.com
and click on the Forgot your password?
To learn how to play a game, select the Rules button on the individual
game page of the selected game and a pop-up window will display detailed instructions
on how to play the game.
You don't have to be signed in to play a game, but you must be signed in to receive
tickets and redeem prizes.
Each time you play a game you may
earn tickets. If signed in with your Windows Live ID, tickets will be deposited
in your account when you finish playing a game. If you are not signed in, tickets
will accumulate as you complete a game. However, if you don't sign in prior to
leaving the browser session, you will lose the tickets that have been earned in that session.
You may redeem your tickets for various prizes. You can also donate your tickets
to a charity or school of your choice. When donating your tickets to a charity or
school, each ticket may be donated for one penny. When you are on the Prizes page
you will have an opportunity to donate a lump sum or all of your tickets at that time.
For example, if you donated 1000 tickets, your charity or school would receive a $10.00
donation. See Club Bing Terms and Conditions for more details.
Periodically Club Bing may run promotions where you will have the opportunity to earn
bonus tickets. Look for these promotions highlighted on the site and/or in an email announcement.
If you would like to make sure you receive periodic emails from Club Bing,

to update your Account Settings.
Users can earn tickets through game play up to the daily ticket limit of 1,000. Microsoft may change the
number of tickets you can earn for an activity including the number of tickets you can earn through game
play per day at any time. Once the user has exceeded this limit they are unable to play games and earn
additional tickets until the next day. Users can also earn tickets (1 ticket per search) by conducting
searches with the Club Toolbar, up to the daily ticket limit of 10.
When determining the next day, Club Bing uses UTC date/time. The following table will help you
determine the start of your UTC day based on your local time zone.

After you have placed your order for the prize you select, you should receive a confirmation number,
a follow-up confirmation email, and the appropriate number of points should be deducted from your account.
If you do not receive a confirmation number and points are not deducted from your account, then
your order has not been placed. Repeat the steps above and place your order again. Be sure you are
signed in
with your Windows Live Id when placing your order.
You can check your personal information by selecting My Account, where you’ll be able to view your history, including your stats, and account settings.
My Stats
will show all of the tickets you have earned as a member, as well as your redeemed tickets, charity donations, and current ticket total.
My Account Settings
allows you to edit your “Nickname” and change your “Avatar” symbol by choosing from the list of available options.
Note: As indicated in the Terms and Conditions, prizes can only be delivered to a valid physical
address in the 50 United States and District of Columbia and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box or APO or FPO Addresses.
As of June 1st, 2009, the Search & Give program has been decommissioned.
The Club toolbar has been discontinued and is no longer available for download. Until further notice,
if you already have the Club toolbar installed, you can continue earning up to 10 tickets per day and
related trophies. The Club toolbar is for use with Internet Explorer only. If you have already installed the toolbar,
here are answers
to your troubleshooting questions.
Please be aware that we regularly review game play and have a set of criteria by which
inappropriate activity is identified. When inappropriate activity is identified,
we cancel any prize orders or ticket accruals made by that account, based on
Club Bing Terms and Conditions.
Because we are committed to the overall user experience and fair game playing,
Club Bing will make every effort to effectively deal with those users appropriately
so that the rest of the gaming community can continue to enjoy these games and puzzles.
